Disclaimer
Disclaimer
Paprika's legal and service boundaries.
Effective Date
This Disclaimer is effective June 28, 2026. It applies to Paprika's website, intake flow, strategy calls, press support, judging support, authorship support, evidence-support materials, AI-assisted internal review, and related communications.
No Legal Advice
Paprika is a media, visibility, and evidence-support company. Paprika is not a law firm and does not provide immigration legal advice, legal representation, or visa filing services. References to 'attorney-curated' mean that evidence-building services are reviewed for general immigration-evidence relevance by licensed legal professionals or legally trained reviewers. Use of Paprika's services does not create an attorney-client relationship. O-1 eligibility, petition strategy, petitioner and agent matters, and filing decisions should be reviewed by independent immigration counsel. No press, judging, authorship, or visibility service can guarantee visa approval or USCIS acceptance of any evidence.
Website content, sample evidence language, public resources, intake responses, strategy notes, and attorney-curated review comments are general business and evidence-support materials. They are not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for immigration counsel.
Attorney-Curated Meaning
Attorney-curated review means evidence-building services are reviewed for general immigration-evidence relevance and documentation quality. It does not mean Paprika represents you, prepares your petition, gives legal advice, decides legal strategy, creates an attorney-client relationship, or acts as a law firm.
Independent Counsel
O-1 eligibility, petition strategy, petitioner and agent matters, filing decisions, legal arguments, government forms, USCIS requests, appeal strategy, immigration timing, and case-specific risk should be reviewed by independent immigration counsel. Paprika may help organize public-record evidence, but counsel should decide how, whether, and when to use that evidence.
Referral Disclosure
Where Paprika refers clients to immigration counsel, including affiliated legal services, that relationship is disclosed at the time of referral. Referral does not make Paprika your law firm or create legal representation by Paprika.
No Guarantees
No press, judging, authorship, visibility, referral, strategy session, evidence package, publication, award, archive, public profile, or attorney introduction can guarantee visa approval, USCIS acceptance, attorney acceptance, O-1 eligibility, publication permanence, independent third-party selection, or any immigration result.
Press and Sponsored Content
Paprika distinguishes editorial recognition, contributor content, sponsored content, paid placements, advertorials, and self-authored work. Contributor or sponsored labels must remain visible when examples are used for education or documentation. Presenting paid or contributor content as independent editorial recognition can create evidence and advertising risk.
Third-Party Decisions
Editors, publishers, organizers, judges, platforms, attorneys, government agencies, and other third parties make their own decisions. Paprika does not control their standards, acceptance, timing, wording, rankings, availability, archive policies, moderation, or legal conclusions.
AI and Human Review
Paprika may use AI-assisted tools for internal summaries, classification, draft recommendations, and compliance checks. AI output is reviewed by humans before being used for client-facing recommendations and is not legal advice, a government prediction, or a substitute for counsel.
Emergency and Deadline Limits
Paprika is not an emergency legal service. Do not rely on Paprika for immigration filing deadlines, status-expiration decisions, request-for-evidence responses, notices of intent, travel decisions, work authorization, or any matter requiring immediate legal advice.
