Terms
Terms of Service
Baseline terms for Paprika Phase 1 services.
Effective Date
These Terms are effective June 28, 2026. They apply to Paprika's website, intake forms, evidence-support services, press, judging, authorship, documentation, strategy, and related communications unless a separately signed agreement says otherwise.
Services
Paprika provides media, visibility, evidence-support, press, judging, authorship, documentation, and related review services for clients building a public professional record.
Service scope is confirmed after intake and may vary based on field, timeline, budget, existing record, public source availability, attorney involvement, and third-party publication or organizer rules.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Paprika is a media, visibility, and evidence-support company. Paprika is not a law firm and does not provide immigration legal advice, legal representation, or visa filing services. References to 'attorney-curated' mean that evidence-building services are reviewed for general immigration-evidence relevance by licensed legal professionals or legally trained reviewers. Use of Paprika's services does not create an attorney-client relationship. O-1 eligibility, petition strategy, petitioner and agent matters, and filing decisions should be reviewed by independent immigration counsel. No press, judging, authorship, or visibility service can guarantee visa approval or USCIS acceptance of any evidence.
Paprika does not prepare or file immigration petitions, draft legal arguments, select visa classifications, decide legal eligibility, respond to government requests, or act as a lawyer, law firm, petitioner, agent, sponsor, or accredited representative.
Intake and Scope
Submitting a Start Here form, uploading a CV, booking a call, or receiving a preliminary response does not obligate Paprika to accept an engagement. Paprika may decline work that is outside scope, too short in timeline, unsupported by available materials, inconsistent with platform or outlet rules, or better directed to independent immigration counsel.
- You are responsible for submitting accurate, complete, and non-misleading background information.
- You must have the right to share documents, images, press materials, logos, credentials, and third-party content you provide to Paprika.
- You must tell Paprika if materials are confidential, subject to an NDA, restricted by an employer, or legally sensitive.
Pricing and Quotes
Starter visibility packages may begin at $1,699+. Higher-scope services are quoted after intake. Paprika does not offer a shopping-cart purchase flow for complex O-1 evidence-building work in Phase 1. Written proposals, invoices, order forms, refund terms, timelines, and deliverables control over general website descriptions.
Third Parties
Press outlets, competition organizers, article venues, upload providers, CRM systems, email providers, analytics tools, scheduling tools, AI providers, hosting vendors, and immigration counsel may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Paprika does not control third-party acceptance, editorial treatment, rankings, judging invitations, archive stability, platform moderation, processing times, or legal advice.
No Outcome Guarantee
Paprika may define specific service deliverables when agreed in writing, but does not guarantee immigration outcomes, attorney acceptance, USCIS treatment, publication decisions outside agreed scope, judging selection by independent third parties, article placement by independent editors, search ranking, press permanence, or any government decision.
Content Rights
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant Paprika the limited rights needed to review, edit, summarize, store, format, submit, and document those materials for the agreed services. Paprika retains its templates, workflows, review notes, internal scoring, strategy frameworks, website content, and other pre-existing intellectual property.
Sensitive Information and AI Assistance
Paprika may use secure internal systems and AI-assisted tools to summarize intake materials, classify service fit, draft internal recommendations, and run compliance checks. AI outputs require human review and are not legal advice. Do not submit passports, government identity documents, medical records, financial account details, children's information, trade secrets, or employer-confidential materials unless Paprika specifically asks for them through an approved channel.
Limits of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Paprika is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-opportunity, immigration, reputational, or third-party platform damages arising from use of the website or services. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount paid to Paprika for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
Changes and Contact
Paprika may update these Terms as services, vendors, and legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions about these Terms should be sent through the contact channels listed on the Paprika website.
